For making pizza dough without yeast, you need –

  • ¼ cup of yogurt or cup curd
  • ½ teaspoon of baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoon of oil
  • 2 cup maida
  • ½ cup water

For pizza toppings, what you need –

  • Pizza sauce
  • Onion cubes into small species 
  • Sliced capsicum (small size)
  • Sliced olives (small size)
  • Sliced tomato (small size)
  • Chopped jalapeno
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • ½ teaspoon of chilly flakes
  • ½ teaspoon of mixed herbs
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese

Follow the cooking instructions properly 

  • Firstly, bring a large mixing bowl and put 1 teaspoon of sugar, ½ tea spoon baking powder and ½ teaspoon baking soda, ½ teaspoon of salt and 2 tablespoon of oil. 
  • Secondly, mix it well until it turns a bit frothy
  • Thirdly, add 2 cup of maida or all-purpose flour into it and mix well
  • Fourthly, add water as required and knead the dough until it turns smooth and soft. Once it is done, grease with oil and keep it aside for at least 30 minutes
  • After 30 minutes, knead the dough again to make sure it is soft. Now make a ball of dough and dust with maida. 
  • Now it’s time to make a round size chapati which fits into the tawa
  • Use fork and prick. This helps to prevent it from puffing
  • Now place the pizza on the tawa and create a dent which helps the crust to fluff slightly
  • Spread two teaspoon full of pizza sauce on it uniformly
  • Add toppings using capsicum, onion, tomato, olives, jalapenos and so on. 
  • Spread 1 cup full of mozzarella cheese and other toppings such as chilli flakes, sliced onions, sliced olives, ½ teaspoon of mixed herbs and 1 teaspoon of oil from sides. 
  • Now cover the pan or tawa with a lid and keep it on simmer for 8 minutes till the cheese melts. 
  • The hot, freshly baked tawa pizza is ready to serve
